You are responsible for measurements, scope, pricing, tax treatment, permits, safety, customer terms, and the services you provide. TwinkleBid does not provide tax, legal, engineering, electrical, roof-access, or workplace-safety advice.
No automated measurement
TwinkleBid does not measure photos or property images and does not promise measurement accuracy. Verify all footage and quantities using methods appropriate to your work.
Purchases
The first complete quote, including preview and sharing, is available without purchase. The optional TwinkleBid Pro lifetime unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The App Store displays the localized price. Purchase restoration depends on the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Your content
You retain responsibility for customer and business information entered into the app and for any estimate you share. You must have the right to use logos and other content you add.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business outcome, or that a calculator result is suitable for your jurisdiction or contract.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Openverse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app or website. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
