Information you enter in the app
Customer names, service addresses, quote details, price-book items, company details, and exported estimates are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. TwinkleBid does not operate a cloud account or sync service for this data. You control any PDF you choose to share through the iOS share sheet.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat is used to check purchase and entitlement status. Purchase services may process an app user identifier, product identifier, transaction state, country/region, and technical diagnostics needed to provide and restore the purchase. TwinkleBid does not receive your full payment-card number.
App diagnostics and analytics
The current app records a limited set of product-flow events locally for diagnostics and does not attach customer quote content to those events. If privacy-safe remote analytics are enabled in a future release, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before collection begins.
Website analytics
The website may use PostHog when a production analytics key is configured. It is configured without form-field capture, automatic interaction capture, session recording, persistent browser identifiers, or identified person profiles. We record page paths and App Store call-to-action source labels to understand acquisition flow. Do not enter personal or customer information into website calculators; calculations run in your browser and are not submitted to TwinkleBid.
Cross-promotion and network requests
The app may fetch a public Openverse app catalog to display optional links to other products. It falls back to a bundled catalog when unavailable. Opening an external link is handled by your device and the destination’s privacy terms apply.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app, subject to your device backups. Website analytics, if enabled, are retained according to the configured PostHog project retention. You can contact us to request information about data controlled by Openverse LLC.
Children
TwinkleBid is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
